Nutritional Psychiatry is an integrated approach that uses psychiatry, culinary medicine, botanical medicine and nutraceuticals to improve mental health conditions. Your individual genetic markers will provide direction for an integrated program design. This approach is for those who have been diagnosed and want to reduce or transition from psychotropic medications as well as those in need of an initial evaluation.

While not a replacement for traditional talk therapy, Culinary Art Therapy is beneficial for those struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, and more. Patients are nourished mentally as well as physically through the use of food as medicine.
